We are very excited about our last collaboration beer dinner of the season! We will be pairing a 5-course menu showcasing beautiful produce from A & F Farms with some of our favorite beers from Logboat Brewing Co. to kick off the fall season! We hope you can come hang out with us for what is guaranteed to be a bluestem dining experience like no other!

*Logboat is on track to have the #1 selling IPA in the state this year along with countless other awards including but not limited to; a consecutive 2017, 2018 & 2019 Feast Magazines: Columbia’s #1 Microbrewery Award, accompanied by two gold medal winning beers at the 2019 Best of Craft Beer Awards, the “Bobber Lager”, and the “Mamoot Mild Ale”, both of which will be featured at this exciting dinner.

*A & F Farms is a local produce provider. Adam Jones started the company with a food stand for over 10 years at our local City Market. Adam prides his business on sourcing only foods grown with sustainable and organic practices while working directly with chefs in the city to provide the highest quality food that Missouri has to offer year round.

Ashes & Diamonds Wine Dinner

We are excited to announce our final wine dinner of 2019! We welcome Ashes and Diamonds Winery of Napa Valley, a high end, modern cult producer paying homage to the wines that put Napa Valley on the map.

Founded by Kashy Khaledi, a former multimedia and advertising executive at Capitol Records who, with a growing distain for the music industry decided to pursue his true passion and take a leap of faith into the wine industry. Khaledi, along with obtaining some of the most desirable vineyard sites in Napa Valley has assembled a truly rockstar team of world class winemakers and consultants including Dan Petroski (of Massican and Larkmead), Steve Matthiasson (of Matthiasson Wines, and winner of Winemaker of the Year from the San Francisco Chronicle), and Diana Snowden Seysses (of Snowden Vineyards and assistant winemaker of Domaine Dujac in Burgundy). All of Ashes and Diamonds vineyard sites are either 100% organic, biodynamic, or using sustainable farming techniques and native yeast for fermentation. These wines are truly something to be revered and stand out amongst any California wines we’ve tasted in the last decade or more. We couldn’t be more proud to showcase these wines for our last wine dinner of the year!
