Reservation Information

bluestem offers reservations for the following days and times in the dining room for dinner service:

Tuesday through Thursday 5:30pm – 9:00pm
Friday and Saturday there are two seatings for dinner service at 6:00/6:30pm and 8:00/8:30pm
Sunday Brunch 10:30am – 2:00pm

The restaurant is not open for lunch and is closed on Mondays.

Our lounge opens at 5:00pm Tuesday through Saturday and on Sunday at 10:30am. Reservations are not accepted in the bluestem lounge, seating is on a first come basis.

The restaurant is closed on the following holidays including, but not limited to; New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Reservations are accepted by phone, online through OpenTable, or in person at the restaurant.

Large party seating in the dining room may be limited depending on availability. The OpenTable online reservation system will not accept reservations for parties larger than 6 people. Please call bluestem directly for reservations of parties of 7 or more.

bluestem does not have a specific dress code however most of our guests are comfortable in business casual dress.

A member of our service team will call 48 hours before the date of your reservation to confirm your table. Should any guest need to make changes to an existing reservation or cancel a reservation please call bluestem directly at 816-561-1101. Please remember that our dining room is quite small and we request that cancelations or last minute reservation changes are phoned in to allow our staff to utilize any open table space.
